This website is operated by A Contemporary Theatre of Connecticut Inc. ("A.C.T.", "we", "us", or "our"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with A.C.T., including, but not limited to, your use of www.actofct.org (the "Website"), your purchase of tickets and educational programs (“Purchase” or “Registration”), your rights to cancel your purchase or registration, your communication with A.C.T., and your use of and attendance at A.C.T. facilities and events.
By accessing, viewing, or using the content, material, products, or services available on or through the Website, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, which include our Ticket Policies, Education Policies, Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website or using any other services provided by A.C.T..
We, A.C.T., reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

The intellectual property in the materials contained in this website are owned by or licensed to A.C.T. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use.

Liability
Our website and the materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. In no event shall A.C.T. or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this website or the materials on this website, even if A.C.T. or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.

Waiver and Release
By registering for and/or attending classes, lessons, events, and other programs (collectively, the “Classes”) and using the premises and facilities of A.C.T. and its staff, you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks in connection with your attendance at the Classes.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the Classes, you hereby: (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the Classes, (2) release, indemnify, and hold harmless A.C.T., its direct and indirect parent, subsidiary affiliate entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, representatives and agents, and each of their respective successors and assigns and all others, from any and all responsibility, claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities to the fullest extent allowed by law arising out of or in any way related to participation in the Classes, and (3) represent that you (a) have no medical or physical condition that would prevent you from properly participating in any of ACT Classes, (b) do not have a physical or mental condition that would put you in any physical or medical danger, and (c) have not been instructed by a physician to not participate in vocal training or instruction.
Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on our website are not comprehensive and are for general information purposes only. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ridgefield, CT. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
