A.C.T. of CT offers occasional, specialized in-person masterclasses throughout the year for students of all ages. A.C.T. of CT is also able to coordinate group workshop opportunities individually with your school, class, or organization.

  • Our “Backstage Pass!” workshop (available in-person or online) features A.C.T. of CT’s special documentary video which gives students and teachers alike a sneak peek into the process of mounting a professional production.

    A.C.T. of CT’s Artistic Director, Daniel C. Levine, leads the tour by discussing how A.C.T. of CT creates a musical, as well as sharing interviews with several actors and members of the artistic teams of A.C.T. of CT's past productions, and shows exciting footage of some of these performances. 

    Afterward, students can participate in a discussion with a member of A.C.T. of CT's founding or executive team, all Broadway veterans — Daniel C. Levine (Artistic Director), Bryan Perri (Resident Music Supervisor), R. Erin Craig (Producing Director), or Katie Diamond (Co-Founder and Board President)

    Geared specifically towards students from 2nd-5th grade, A.C.T. of CT’s Artistic Director, Daniel C. Levine, leads this fun backstage tour, showing how professional shows are put together, and incorporating some of A.C.T.’s most exciting footage from past performances! 

    Afterward, students have the option to participate in a live-virtual discussion with a member of A.C.T. of CT's founding or executive team, all Broadway veterans — Daniel C. Levine (Artistic Director), Bryan Perri (Resident Music Supervisor), R. Erin Craig (Producing Director), or Katie Diamond (Co-Founder and Board President)
